A cancellation will lead to a loss of your initial down payment. Here's the breakdown of our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations before September 20, 2024, will incur a 25% loss of the trip price.
- Cancellations between September 21, 2024, and October 1, 2024, will result in a 50% loss of the trip price.
- Cancellations made on or after October 2, 2024, will result in a total loss of funds.
We hold the right to cancel the retreat if it doesn't meet our internal threshold. In such a case, a full refund will be issued. We strongly recommend trip insurance for all travel plans, and feel free to reach out to us for insurance recommendations.
Similar to airlines, if you need to reschedule, you will only pay the difference between the original retreat cost and the new one. Please refer to the client retreat agreement for more details.
